Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Sourcer to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition (TA) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying top talent for various positions across the organization. As a key player in the recruitment process, you will leverage your expertise in sourcing strategies and talent market research to build a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and interest in the role before passing them on to the recruitment team.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to understand talent availability. Provide market intelligence reports to the recruitment team and other stakeholders as needed.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Track and manage candidate interactions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaboration: Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and the Resource Management Group (RMG) to understand role requirements, create detailed job descriptions, and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities, candidate pipelines, and market insights to the recruitment team and management.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand and value proposition to potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
- Compliance: Ensure all sourcing activities comply with legal and company policies, including diversity and inclusion standards.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in talent sourcing and recruitment, with exposure to high-volume recruitment in the technology industry.
- Skills: Strong sourcing abilities (Boolean search, X-ray search) with proficiency in using various tools and platforms such as Naukri, Seek, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate management tools. Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Attributes: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
