Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Vendor Manager to oversee and optimize our relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition vendors. The ideal candidate will manage vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure recruitment partners efficiently meet our hiring needs. This role requires strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and talent acquisition partners. Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor-related inquiries and issues.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with recruitment vendors, securing favorable terms including rates, service levels, and delivery timelines. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess vendor performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and address any performance issues by working with vendors to implement improvement plans.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring needs and route job profiles to the appropriate vendor network. Route candidate profiles back to the TA team as per demand.
  • Strategic Planning: Conduct market research to identify and evaluate new vendors across geographies, including India, Singapore, and the Philippines, in line with recruitment needs.
  • Cost Management: Analyze vendor spending to identify cost-saving opportunities. Negotiate cost reductions and value-added services without compromising quality or service.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks in vendor relationships, ensuring vendor reliability and compliance with regulations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on vendor performance, recruitment metrics, and cost management to senior management. Provide insights to optimize vendor strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensure all vendor activities adhere to legal, regulatory, and company policies, particularly regarding data protection and ethical standards.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously refine vendor management processes to enhance efficiency and implement best practices in vendor management.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in vendor management, procurement, or recruitment, with a focus on managing recruitment agencies and talent acquisition vendors.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency with recruitment management systems and vendor management tools.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and MS Office Suite. Experience with recruitment metrics and reporting.
  • Attributes: Strong work ethic, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proven track record of improving vendor performance and driving cost-efficiency.
