Senior Project Manager
Job Summary:
The Senior Project Manager will lead end-to-end project delivery for multiple projects, ensuring successful execution within budget and scope. This role involves cross-functional team leadership, managing stakeholder expectations, and adapting global strategies to local markets. Additionally, the Senior Project Manager will support Sales and Presales activities by providing technical expertise, contributing to RFPs, and driving client engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for multiple projects
- Develop detailed project plans, ensuring timely execution.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure alignment between project goals and business needs.
- Risk & Compliance:
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and business practices.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate cross-functional and regional teams.
- Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships.
- Financial Oversight:
- Monitor project budgets and control costs.
- Report on project financial performance to senior leadership.
- Sales & PreSales Support:
- Collaborate with Sales teams on proposals, RFPs, and client presentations.
- Provide technical expertise and project insights to support business development.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, or related field; PMP or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of project management, with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; Proficiency in project management tools
