Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented UX Designer with a strong focus on presentation design, visual storytelling, and marketing themes. This role requires a creative individual who can transform complex information into visually appealing, impactful, and intuitive presentations and diagrams. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs that elevate our brand and create engaging visual experiences for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Format Presentations:
- Create visually stunning presentations using tools like PowerPoint.
- Apply consistent branding, formatting, and design principles to communicate information clearly and effectively.
- Enhance presentations with diagrams, infographics, charts, and animations to elevate storytelling.
Marketing & Visual Theme Development:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design visual assets and themes that align with campaign strategies and business goals.
- Develop innovative marketing collateral, including digital banners, brochures, and social media visuals.
- Translate marketing content into impactful visuals that engage target audiences.
Diagram Creation & Visual Representation:
- Create detailed diagrams, process flows, and visual representations to simplify complex ideas for presentations, proposals, and reports.
Brand Consistency & Visual Standards:
- Ensure all visual materials align with the company’s branding guidelines and visual identity.
- Maintain consistency across various platforms, including digital, print, and presentations.
User-Centric Approach:
- Employ UX principles to ensure presentations and visual designs are intuitive, user-friendly, and accessible.
- Work with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on designs for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in UX design, visual storytelling, presentation formatting, and marketing design.
- Proven experience in creating high-impact presentations and visual assets for marketing and sales teams.
Skills:
- Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Excellent ability to translate complex information into clear, visually engaging formats.
- Familiarity with marketing principles and an understanding of brand consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
