Job Brief
We are seeking a self-driven and results oriented Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team and drive lead generation efforts.
This role will also involve generating leads, running targeted campaigns across key business pillars to maximize outreach and revenue growth.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies that align with our business objectives, fostering collaboration across departments, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
 

Team Leadership

Lead, manage, and mentor the inside sales team to achieve and exceed sales and lead generation targets.

Foster a high-performance culture, emphasizing accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

Provide ongoing coaching, training, and professional development to team members.


Lead Generation and Campaign Management

Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive pipeline growth and identify new business opportunities.

Track metrics and continuously engage the leads

Run and oversee campaigns across key business pillars, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and sales goals.

Collaborate with marketing to design and optimize email campaigns, webinars, and outreach initiatives.


Sales Strategy and Execution

Create and execute sales plans to achieve short-term and long-term revenue goals.

Leverage data and insights to refine sales strategies, improve performance, and ensure measurable outcomes.

Develop scripts, sales pitches, and outreach templates tailored to target industries and customer segments.


Customer Engagement and Account Management

Build and maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Promote a customer-centric approach across the sales team, emphasizing personalized solutions and proactive engagement.


Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support

Work closely with marketing, technology office, community leaders, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with broader business objectives.

Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer insights and market trends.


Reporting and Analytics

Analyze sales performance metrics, generate actionable insights, and present regular reports to leadership.

Use data-driven insights to identify gaps, develop improvement strategies, and measure campaign success.


Market Awareness

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Use market intelligence to refine sales approaches and inform go-to-market strategies.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing an inside sales team, with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and revenue targets.
  • Expertise in running and optimizing sales campaigns, particularly those aligned with marketing efforts.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and improve performance.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport across stakeholders and influence outcomes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining focus and urgency.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and customer engagement best practices.
