Position Title: Presales Executive

Job Summary: We seek a highly skilled and motivated Presales Executive to join our dynamic Presales team. The Presales Executive will play a crucial role in the sales process by responding to RFPs and RFIs and developing compelling proposals and presentations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a good technical background, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, gather requirements, and propose suitable solutions.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals, presentations, and solution designs tailored to client requirements.
- RFP/RFI Responses: Manage and prepare responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) from prospective clients, ensuring all requirements are met and deadlines are adhered to. Develop comprehensive tender responses that clearly articulate our solutions and value propositions.
- Sales Collateral: Create and maintain sales collateral, including brochures, case studies, white papers, and presentations to support the sales process.
- Requirement Analysis: Analyze and document customer requirements, and collaborate with the technical team to develop customized solutions.
- Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to develop strategic sales plans and support them in closing deals.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to provide relevant insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience ( 2-3 yrs) in a presales or technical sales role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with RFP and RFI management and response.
- Proficiency in developing tender responses and sales proposals.
- Knowledge of cloud services, SaaS, and other related technologies.
- Experience in creating and maintaining sales collateral.
