Role Overview:

You will work within a platform team (10 – 14) people, responsible for new enhancement development and testing and supporting the business. Work on a number of different applications migrating legacy systems to new technology, new learnings happen every day.You will develop and maintain functional, scalable, and innovative applications that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives.

Conduct thorough business analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

Perform Screen Desing and forms based on D365 best practice ( MockUp )
Provide expertise in D365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and more.

Develop and deliver functional specifications, documentation, and training materials.

Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end-users.

Assist in the planning and execution of system testing, including test case development and defect resolution.

Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and customization of D365 solutions.

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions.

Stay up-to-date with the latest D365 features and updates to ensure clients are leveraging the full potential of the platform.

Mandatory Skill Sets:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as sales, and customer service.

Proven experience in D365 implementation.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

D365 certification(s) is a plus.
