Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design and Development:
- Design and implement customized solutions within D365 CE and Sales modules.
- Develop custom plugins, workflows, business rules, and Power Automate flows to enhance system functionality.
- Create custom forms, dashboards, views, and reports using out-of-the-box tools and code-based approaches.
- Customizations and Configurations:
- Customize entities, relationships, fields, forms, and views to meet business requirements.
- Develop reusable components and modules following best practices and ensuring performance optimization.
- Implement PowerApps Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps as part of customer-centric solutions.
- Integration and Data Migration:
- Design and implement integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs, Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, and Function Apps.
- Collaborate with data migration teams to ensure seamless transition of legacy data into D365, leveraging tools like KingswaySoft/SSIS.
- Performance Tuning and Troubleshooting:
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks within D365 CE and custom components.
- Conduct root cause analysis of issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and client stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
- Documentation and Compliance:
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents, user guides, and deployment plans.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, security, and governance standards.
Technical Skills:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Sales Modules:
- Advanced knowledge of core Customer Engagement components (Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Activities, Quotes, Orders, Invoices, etc.).
- Extensive experience with D365 Sales features such as Lead and Opportunity Management, Sales Insights, and Product Catalog.
- Development and Customization:
- Proficiency in developing plugins using C# .NET, Custom APIs, and custom workflows.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS for form scripting and UI customizations.
- Familiarity with PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) for building custom controls.
- Power Platform:
- Strong experience in Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
- Integration:
- Experience with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Function Apps, Azure Service Bus).
- Hands-on experience with Data Gateways, OData, Web APIs, and SOAP/RESTful services.
- Knowledge of integration tools like KingswaySoft, SSIS, or Scribe for data migration and synchronization.
- Security:
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 role-based security models, record-based security, and field-level security.
- Data Management:
- Proficiency in handling data migration, virtual entities, and working with SQL and Dataverse queries.
