Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with 1-2 years of experience, preferably in a corporate setting, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining the company’s visual identity through style guides, presentation templates, infographics, and other marketing collateral. This position requires a designer with a strong eye for detail, proficiency in branding, and the ability to translate business objectives into clean, modern, and professional designs.
Responsibilities:
- Brand Development: Create and maintain a comprehensive style guide to ensure consistency across all company materials and platforms.
- Template Creation: Design high-quality PowerPoint templates, ensuring they are user-friendly and align with the company’s branding standards.
- Infographic Design: Create visually compelling infographics to simplify complex data and convey key insights for both internal and external use.
- Marketing Collateral: Develop branded materials, including brochures, social media graphics, reports, and other promotional content as needed.
- Corporate Visuals: Design visuals for internal and external communications, such as presentations, executive reports, and email templates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to ensure that all design outputs align with business goals and brand identity.
- Quality Control: Maintain a high standard of quality in all designs and ensure compliance with branding guidelines across departments.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-2 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a corporate or B2B environment.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint for designing templates and presentation decks.
- Familiarity with tools like Figma or Canva is a plus.
- Infographic Expertise: Proven ability to design data-driven, visually appealing infographics.
- Design Expertise:
- Strong portfolio showcasing corporate design work, including templates, infographics, branding projects, and marketing collateral.
- Proficiency in typography, layout design, and color theory.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for consistency and precision in design.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey design concepts effectively.
- Preferred Skills: Knowledge of UI/UX principles and experience working with design systems is a bonus.
